After reviewing your CV and motivation letter, we send you test(s) to be completed online or at your computer depending on the role you are applying for. You send it back to us within a deadline and we will revert swiftly with the results.
If you advance to the next round, there are three sets of interviews: HR via MS Teams, Technical via MS Teams and finally more in-depth Technical and HR interviews at our offices in Amsterdam. Here you get the chance to meet the people face-to-face, feel the vibe on the trading floor and have a drink with your future colleagues afterwards. Each round of interviews is assessed separately, meaning that there needs to be positive feedback after one interview in order to advance to the next interview. We aim at giving feedback on each round of interviews on the next business day.
